Our office is located in the very heart of Sarchi 25 nts. north of the Mutual of Alejuela on the 2nd floor.
Tom Herron, from the USA, is in charge of sales. Don Carlos Marin, Master Builder, is in charge of all construction. Don Carlos has built, with his own hands, over 200 homes throughout Costa Rica and Panama, many with swimming pools. Every customer is a satisfied customer and a reference for you. There is always some financing from local banks available. Normally about 70%.
